The reason for 3 stars was -the flowers are absolutely beautiful, but we paid the delivery to surprise our Mum, the lady pressed the doorbell twice, but didn???t work , surely a knock on the knocker would have been sufficient, was left at neighbour, I???m on crutches , Mum struggles with Mobility, the episode clearly didn???t see our Mums delight on getting flowers delivered, in all honesty, it spoiled the exact surprise n delightful experience, all they had to do was knock the door, it baffles me as to why not

I ordered rather late,not much notice, but the flowers were perfect and delivered on time. The florist called as unable to provide a specific flower. However when i saw the flowers the sunflowers were there too. Thank you so much, Im sure I will use you again
